GGP Nano Materials is an emerging specialty materials company engaged in producing functional powders of Nano structured inorganic and metal-organic-frameworks (MOFs). Currently we are synthesizing Nano powders of metal fluorides, metal phosphates, metal sulfates, metal sulfides and metal oxides.

We are also synthesizing isopoly, heteropoly and zeolite-like compounds, MOFs and MOF-Polymer Hybrid materials. Synthesis of these compounds (and other similar compounds) will be optimized for their commercial production with the aim of their applications in batteries for EVs, portables and energy storage devices, supercapacitors, membranes, as well as in lubrication (dry solid lubricants, synthetic oil formulations and greases). Synthesis of specialty MOFs and MOF-Polymer Hybrid materials will also be designed for gas separation & storage, especially for CO₂ and H₂ gases.

Company’s strategy for the synthesis of above materials is based on our team’s experience in chemicals research and development, materials processing, strong chemistry background and innovation. Innovative approach will be used for developing green methods of material processing where highly pure Nano structured powder materials at low cost and minimum environmental foot prints can be produced. Our aim is to develop one-pot synthesis and green methods based on the DOE guidelines to keep the materials cost low by reducing the amounts of process by-products. Efforts will also be made to use feed chemicals that are abundant in USA.
